THE PROGRAM
A Social Worker Supervisor contacts Friends of the Heart when a child is ready to be placed in their new home. We then customize a duffel bag for the child by age and gender. The bags are made specifically for the child to feel special and fell proud. The duffel bags are the delivered to the Social Worker or the Police Station and then given to the child.

AGENCIES SERVED
Friends of the Heart currently volunteers with several Foster Care Agencies, Glendora and the El Monte Police Department, and School Districts.
